It is not a CAFM
Verolane does not hold your asset register or generate planned maintenance schedules. It reads them and gives the resulting work a lane.
Feature index
Six groups, thirty capabilities. If a feature is not listed here, it is not in the product — we would rather lose a deal than win one on a screenshot that does not exist.
01 / 06
The shared board that planners, duty leads and account managers all read from.
Six-stage lanes with live drift, tier and evidence count on every card.
Narrow the board to the contracts a duty lead is actually accountable for.
Full commitment history, crew notes, evidence and the contractual window in one panel.
Each role opens on the slice of the operation they own.
A stripped high-contrast view for the screen on the ops room wall.
02 / 06
The prediction layer that turns telemetry into a number a planner can act on.
Minutes of deviation from the committed window, recalculated on every signal.
Access, travel, parts, scope and trade codes applied from the underlying evidence.
Live cost of the slip, priced from the contract's own service schedule.
Per-site patterns — the gate that always holds, the dock that always overruns.
Every prediction carries its own confidence so nobody over-trusts a thin signal.
03 / 06
Where a slipping commitment gets resolved instead of discussed.
Three resolutions per reason code, written by your own ops leads.
Agree a new window and notify the customer contact in the same action.
Pull the nearest qualified engineer and re-plan what they were holding.
Time-boxed handover from planner to duty lead to account director.
Who decided what, when, and on which evidence — exported for the review.
04 / 06
The day view that keeps the board honest about who can actually do the work.
A day of blocks per engineer with travel, load and at-risk marking.
Assignment respects certification, ticket and site induction status.
Assignment ranked by real travel time, not straight-line distance.
Hard limits per crew so the plan stops writing cheques the day cannot cash.
A generated handover note listing everything still open at shift end.
05 / 06
Automation you can read out loud in a governance meeting.
Plain-language rules with no expression language to learn.
Replay a rule over last month before it touches anything live.
Hold escalations outside the region's working pattern.
Every firing recorded with the commitment it touched and the result.
Slack, Teams, SMS, email and webhook targets per rule.
06 / 06
The artefacts that end the monthly argument about what actually happened.
Per contract, per region, per tier, with drift attribution.
Photos, readings and signatures bundled with timestamps and location.
Reports land in the customer's portal on the day the contract says.
Every event streamed to your own store for deeper analysis.
Append-only record of commitment state changes for audit.
Honest limits
Scope discipline is the reason the product stays fast to adopt. These are the things customers ask for that we route elsewhere.
Verolane does not hold your asset register or generate planned maintenance schedules. It reads them and gives the resulting work a lane.
Crews get a focused view — today's blocks, the evidence checklist, a settlement request. Everything else stays in the tools they already use.
Cost capture and penalty exposure are calculated and exported. Your finance system raises the invoice.
Position data is used to predict drift on open commitments and is retained for 30 days. It is not available as an individual productivity report.
Next step
Most gaps turn out to be a connector or a rule rather than a roadmap item. If it genuinely is not there, we will tell you in the call rather than in month three.
