Availability

Estate agreements carry a 99.9% monthly availability commitment with service credits. The website itself is provided on a reasonable-endeavours basis.

Intellectual property

The service, its documentation and its brand remain the property of Verolane Ltd. Customer data remains the property of the customer.

Liability

Liability is limited as set out in the subscription agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law
