Pricing

Priced per office seat. Field crews are never billed.

Planners, duty leads and account managers pay for a seat. The engineers doing the work are unlimited on every plan — charging for them would make the operating picture worse, which is the opposite of the point.

Questions

The ones that come up in every call.

Does Verolane replace our CAFM or service desk?

No. Verolane sits above the systems that already create work. Jobs keep being raised where they are raised today; Verolane gives them a shared shape, predicts drift, and writes outcomes back. Most customers run both indefinitely.

How long until the first region is live?

Two to four weeks is typical for one commitment type in one region. The longest step is usually agreeing the tiering with the contract owner, not the integration.

Where does the drift prediction come from?

Travel signals, crew load, parts position, site history and the commitment's own record. Every prediction carries a confidence band, and the reason code is always visible — there is no unexplained score.

Can crews use it on site?

Yes. The crew view is a focused mobile surface: today's blocks, the evidence checklist, and a settlement request. Crews do not see the exception desk.

What happens to our data if we leave?

Estate agreements include a documented, tested export of every commitment, event and evidence asset. It is a contractual obligation, not a support ticket.

Do you charge for crew accounts?

No. Pricing is per office seat — planners, duty leads, account managers. Engineers in the field are unlimited on every plan.

Next step

We will tell you if the numbers do not work.

If your operation is small enough that a spreadsheet still wins, we would rather say so in the first call than sell you a seat count you regret.
